Here is how our program can help you:
The program focuses on strengthening the respiratory system and immunization. Specific Yoga Asanas which work on these areas will be practised.
Breathing practice with specific pranayama practices are done to improve breathing and strengthen respiration.
Anxiety and stress plays a major role in reducing immunity. Practice to reduce stress and anxiety through Asanas and Pranayama will be included and practised.
Visualization techniques will be included during the practice to enhance and build focus.
What you'll get:
- Knowledge of Asanas and Pranayama practices along with Visualization techniques to enhance and build focus.
- We will meet up once a day through Zoom for a 90 minute video session for 8 days.
- In between you will have time to practise on your own and ask us any additional questions that you might have..
- The key is to build your practice and make it a habit so that when the program is over you’ve already implemented what you’ve learned and you are ready to carry on.
- This course is all about being practical and efficient.
