Join us at Invoke. Inspire. Involve. Yoga Festival which will be held on June 18, 2022, in Boho Bar – an urban oasis in the heart of Belgrade. Boho bar is located at the Kalemegdan Fortress, beautifully situated between a river on one side, with a remarkable sunset view, and the oldest landmarks of Belgrade on the other side.
We want to combine nature with a cultural environment and make it into a colorful paradise, a place to be free, with a touch of bohemian vibe and harmonious yoga spirit.

About practises

Traditional Yoga

Traditional yoga is fundamentally about simplicity and being natural. A yogi is natural, that is, he or she lives in a condition in which the body, mind, and soul are in harmony. This leads to health and equanimity, a state in which one is happy and without anxieties, anger or stress. When practising yoga, a sincere yoga practitioner gets fully in tune with their body and its subtle processes, thus quieting the mind. The focus of these practices is on awareness rather than activity; seeking within rather than seeking out.

Conscious Gapless Breathing (CGB)

Conscious Gapless Breathing (CGB)

CGB combines distinct breathing techniques in certain postures. A Mohanji Acharya will guide you through seven postures, each with various speeds of breathing. When done in a systematic manner it results in deep cellular cleansing and detoxification from deep within the cellular level. The overall outcome is increased vitality and happiness.

Gong

Gong meditation is a unique sound healing technique that incorporates the use of therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations. Because participants are “bathed” in meditation gong sound waves, this technique is also known as a “gong bath”. Gong meditation offers numerous therapeutic advantages, like awareness and nonjudgmental enjoyment of the present moment.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is the most physically demanding form of yoga practice, consisting of a long sequence of postures with a vinyasa in between each one. At the same time, Ashtanga Yoga is a life-changing type of yoga and it offers a variety of benefits:

  • Strengthens cardiovascular system.
  • Improves mental clarity.
  • Supports spiritual well-being.

Yoga Nidra

While going to sleep, brain waves transition from thinking beta waves to alpha waves, theta waves, and eventually delta waves. Yoga Nidra induces a level of relaxation that is halfway between alpha and theta. It also induces a deeper resting state in the parasympathetic nervous system. Guided meditation improves the brain and body by relaxing the nerve system.

Pranayama/Breathing Exercises

The smooth flow of energy through our subtle meridians is the key to health and inner harmony. Meditation Blossoms of Love

Blossoms of Love is a 30-minute guided meditation that helps us build unconditional love and a sense of encompassing the entire cosmos within ourselves. We learn to be this light and to love unconditionally and share it with the world as we feel the brightness of love. We also learn to stay happy and peaceful and to maintain a good relationship with the people around us.
