Yoga Teachers Training course – Level 2

Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga (HSTY) is happy to announce our next teacher’s training course (level 2). This is part of our 200 hour teacher training residential program which was held held at Rishikesh in October 2018.

This year, the Level 2 Teachers training course will be held in the holy land of  Shirdi, Maharashtra, India.

This course will explain the fundamentals of traditional yoga in detail, covering key aspects across asana practice, yoga theory, yoga scriptures and history, lifestyle and ethics, anatomy, besides explaining the spiritual significance of yoga. Through a series of practical lessons, you will also learn how to conduct yoga classes for varied levels (Beginner – Intermediate – Regular practitioners). Sincere seekers eager to learn yoga for their own practice would also benefit from this course.

HSTY is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Students who finish our Level 1 and Level 2 courses are eligible for the RYT-200 designation from Yoga Alliance.

Venue: Hotel Jivanta, Shirdi
Check-in and Check-out: 06th February, 2019 2pm -17th February 2019 10am
Daily Timings: 6.00am – 7.30pm; daily schedules to be shared with retreat participants
Format: Residential with all meals provided
