Himalayan School of Traditional Yoga is happy to bring you the next instalment in our new online series “Ayur Dehi – Journey to Wellness”. Led by experienced teachers, this workshop will teach you traditional yoga techniques to help you alleviate pain and discomfort in your neck, shoulders, and arms, while also improving your posture and mobility.
Strong neck and shoulders are key to maintaining good health, as they support the head and spine and allow for free movement of the upper body. In this workshop, you’ll learn asanas, pranayamas and other routines that are specifically designed to strengthen these muscles, increase circulation, and improve your overall physical and mental well-being.
The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of their level of yoga experience. You’ll be equipped with essential tips and daily practices that you can easily incorporate into your routine, so that you can continue to experience the benefits long after the workshop is over.
